The "Domain themes" tab on /admin/config/domain redundantly includes the "Domain" prefix. All other submodule tabs have been simplified to drop this prefix since the user is already in the Domain section.

This patch:

  • Renames the tab from "Domain themes" to "Themes"
  • Adds a weight to control tab ordering
