Problem/Motivation

Decoupled Cart UI has several issues:

1. On the Decoupled Cart page, the product amount changes does not apply to the cart.

2. The dropdown has too narrow width, we should make it look the same as in the Content.

3. No message displayed when a product is added to cart. Should show a Drupal Message, like the Content module.
