Problem/Motivation

not a valid date and time

2025-11-11T09:27:00+00:00 is not a valid date and time.

It should have been 2025-11-11T09:27:00 as this module uses this as the date storage format and due to this error the node edit form and the transition cannot be saved.

Steps to reproduce

- Open node add or edit form in an older Safari
- Fill every required fields
- Add a scheduled transition
- click save
