Problem/Motivation

/admin/config/content/ckeditor-tooltips has an example tooltip. The text suggests to 'hover'. However, the tooltip is displayed on 'click'

Visit /admin/config/content/ckeditor-tooltips and hover the example

Proposed resolution

Update example text from 'hover' to 'click'
