Problem/Motivation

Following installing and enabling 'Cloud 8.0.0-beta1', drush command output the following error message:
"Base route not available for route entity.field_config.aws_cloud_stack_field_edit_form"

Can you supply a little bit more information about this bug? Did a `drush cr` resolve the issue?

I tried to reproduce using 7.0.0 and 8.0.0-beta1. I was not able to reproduce the issue.

The fix is ready in merge request !2381: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/cloud/-/merge_requests/2381

It removes the invalid AWS Cloud Field UI base route declarations and adds regression coverage for route rebuilding with Field UI and Configuration Translation enabled.

I will merge it after the test pipeline passes.

The fix was merged into 8.x, but it was not ported to 9.x. I am reopening this issue and preparing a clean 9.x merge request from the canonical 9.x branch.

The clean 9.x port is ready in MR !2388.

  • Removes invalid AWS Cloud Field UI base route declarations from both legacy annotations and PHP attributes.
  • Adds functional regression coverage for route rebuilding with Field UI and Configuration Translation enabled.

Please review the MR. Once the pipeline passes, I will move this issue to RTBC.

Pipeline #942273 passed all automated checks, including the regular and next-major PHPUnit suites (3,025 tests reported). Moving this issue to RTBC.

The fix is already in 8.x. I’ll merge MR !2388 into 9.x; and close this issue as Fixed.
