Given that I want security coverage for this module, I need to write enough PHP code to make it happen, I'll need to write real PHPUnit tests (Kernel/JS/Unit) and make sure they pass.

I set the variable OPT_IN_TEST_NEXT_MAJOR to 0 in the .gitlab-ci.yml file because the tests were not passing in the next major Drupal version, we will have to revisit this eventually, for now, I'll merge this to the 1.0.x branch.
