Make the warning messages match the UX design

Problem/Motivation

Currently the messages from the warning do no not match the design. They should ideally

• provide a link to the offending field will be handled by #3535299: Warnings need special handling for context
• Reference what field the warning applies to
• list the warnings per field in a list if there is more than one.
