Problem/Motivation

Report on entity_reference_revisions field doesn't show target type correctly
it doesn't take Exclude flag into account

Steps to reproduce

On a node a paragraph ref field is configured with "Exclude" flag on:
config
Report shows excluded value only:
report
It should display all allowed ref types

Proposed resolution

check if exclude flag is on and display targets accordingly
