Need plugin for entity_id in file usage [#3515099]

Problem/Motivation

In a file usage view, there needs to be a way to link a paragraph in th entity_title field.

Steps to reproduce

In a standard file admin view with a file usage relationship, paragraph titles appear but are not linked to their entity.

Proposed resolution

Develop a plugin to link the related paragraph to the file entity so it can be effectively viewed.
