Problem/Motivation

Here's the log when I try to configure Phone Number Validation.

ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function Drupal\Core\Form\ConfigFormBase::__construct(), 1 passed in /var/www/html/d11site/web/modules/contrib/phonenumber/modules/phonenumber_validation/src/Form/SettingsForm.php on line 45 and exactly 2 expected in Drupal\Core\Form\ConfigFormBase->__construct() (line 44 of /var/www/html/d11site/web/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Form/ConfigFormBase.php).

I have reviewed and fixed the reported issue, and a new version has been released. Please update to the latest version and let me know if you encounter any further issues.
