Minor issues to individual image and content review

Problem/Motivation

Sometimes the individual image is not found, especially when idle for a time period. Then if only one image is in the content, there appears to be an issue with AI review.

Proposed resolution

Modify regex to search for img tag without it being the first item in the variable. Gemini php contained an old line of code causing a problem if only one image is involved. Remove that line.
