Add per activity type default max score

Problem/Motivation

Some platforms (schools for example) have score from 1 to 5, some from A to F, this could be global but it'll be safer to add the setting per activity type so teachers will not have to edit it on every lesson activity separately if it doesn't match a pattern.

Adding to beta plan as it introduces a possible small data model change so better to do it without an update hook.
