In Account settings > Settings > Language settings > checking "Enable translation" throws an error message that says, "'username_reset' is not a supported key.'" Even thought this key isn't used anywhere in any of the emails available here in Account settings.

Thus, cannot save Account settings with translation enabled. Appears connected to forgot_username.

Some how the MR is mergeable but it contains a commit that I didn't make. Adding a patch file if someone need it for composer patches.
