Problem/Motivation

Currently stored in LMSReferenceItem for course lessons, therefore subject to change once lesson is started by someone and subject to data corruption. Probably all such parameters should be saved in each lesson status to be resistant to such changes and avoid additional data fetching when calculating statuses.

Just a note: required score is already saved in lesson status.
