Sorry, I guess we need to re-address this. Logging an alert instead of an info seems to be correct here. The alert is about the fact, that Drupal wasn't able to create a queue item. That's important to be an alert. Because if the new issue or comment wasn't synced, it is important that a queue item gets created.
