Problem/Motivation

The notifications are not working with Wrofklow 1.8 version

Steps to reproduce

Updating workflow module to 1.8 will cause the notification to not work, because of the change in the workflowTransitionElement, it was workflow_transition and now it's _workflow_transition

Proposed resolution

Update the code in workflow_notification.module
