Add a default view for reporting

Problem/Motivation

Add a default view for reporting.

Proposed resolution

Add a View which can include the following displays:

• Page (/admin/reports/media-download-tracker) with at least the following columns:
  • Date and time
  • Media name
  • Requested URL
  • Referrer
• Page with aggregation (e.g. media name "grouped together" aggregation type, requested URL "Count" aggregation type)
• CSV data export

Remaining tasks

Create the view, export it and include it with the module.

User interface changes

New report pages.

API changes
