Problem/Motivation

Slot (field) types are shown but are misleading. Slots are not really typed, it is only for documentation purpose, without any related prcoesses. Slot types will be removed in UI Patterns 2.x

Proposed resolution

Remove the first col with "field/settings". Replace field type by "slot" string.
