Upgraded to browser_development_assist

Issues to be resolved.

The following items need to be refactored and tested for the next beta release.

Create a solution for a multi-site implementation
Currently, the module only loads compiled CSS files for a default domain. The module needs to be able to detect the domain and load the file that appropriate for that domain.

Remove the error below.
