Problem/Motivation

The module will email a notification when a user updates any field value. Still, it would be ideal to provide a configuration to allow administrators to specify which fields should be monitored or not.

Proposed resolution

Add configuration to allow the administrator to specify which fields are monitored. When a user updates their profile, it should check the configuration to determine if a notification should be triggered.
