Duplication of configuration items for status on config-imort

Problem/Motivation

There is a logic error when creating a new website for the first time and exporting this and installting it from config, then problem is that when the first field with AI Interpolator enabled is generated, the status field is generated. But a status field config already exists with another UUID, causing an issue and making the site not installable.

Steps to reproduce

Try installing a site with a configuration with AI Interpolator via Drush.

Proposed resolution

Disable status generation during config-imports.
