Problem/Motivation

When you are in a course and click on ‘navigate’, it does not open well on the course page.

Steps to reproduce

Go to the course page.
Enable mobile mode.
Click on the `Navigate` link.

Proposed resolution

Add `once()` to the library and improve the js code.
