Problem/Motivation

Based on #3339002: Introduce layout_slideshow layout paragraph type and deprecate old "container_slides" paragraph I needed to update the schema and default settings an couldn't wait for the rewrite of #3263035: Code style cleanup, Schema check, Basic Tests, so I pulled this out and corrected things.

Pulls out (and overhauls) changes from #3263035: Code style cleanup, Schema check, Basic Tests where the changed files should simply be removed from the fix.
