Problem/Motivation

Currently the Scribit Pro API is not working. They plan to rework it but until it is reworked it is offline and throws errors in the module

Proposed resolution

As long as the API gives a 404 give the user a message to upload the video to Scribit Pro manually and don't throw any errors or warnings
