Problem/Motivation

Tugboat will enable the automatic creation of live previews for any issue with a merge request so we can see and test the changes in a live environment. While much of this module is API-driven and of limited use in the browser, this will at least provide feedback if a change in the MR prevents the module from being installed successfully.

Proposed resolution

Add/enable Tugboat live previews for merge requests.
