@sarwan_verma sorry, that's not the way to go. I'm already working on this, you should have noticed that because the issue was assigned to me. And the task is much more complex than just declaring updated dependencies. I'll finish this shortly.

The new approach in \Drupal\svg_embed\Plugin\Filter\SvgEmbed::process needs to be tested with some real data before this can be moved forward.
