Problem/Motivation

In the text size section as well as the line spacing section, the + and - buttons are not navigable by keyboard. The number field in the middle is, so it is still usable to type in a number, but it is not quite as friendly as mouse users have access to.

Tested locally and works as expected, I was able to use the +/- with the keyboard, screenshot attached, moved to RTBC
