As for the 8.x version of this module, the 7.x version will also be affected by the upcoming USPS API change combining ground services.

Here's my attempt at replacing the First Class and Retail Ground services with Ground Advantage. If you had one of those services enabled it should enable Ground Advantage for you, but if you've customized any rules for those services I expect that config will be lost.
