Bat Event Series : impossible to update a serie

Problem/Motivation

Only if the url has the parameter "destination" ;)

Steps to reproduce

Go the event series list.
Edit one existing series.
Change something and save it.
Be returned to the list and not the interface to valid the change.
Return to the event series and constat that the change has not been saved :/

Proposed resolution

Remove the parameter "destination" when an event series is edited or added.
