Drupal 10 upgrade

Problem/Motivation

This is to cover updates that could not / were not handled by the Drupal upgrade bot.

Drupal upgrade status module shows 4 changes needed.

1) /var/www/cms/docroot/modules/contrib/migration_tools/src/Url.php line 248 File modules/contrib/pathauto/pathauto.inc could not be loaded from module_load_include.

2) /var/www/cms/docroot/modules/contrib/migration_tools/tests/src/Functional/LoadTest.php line 13 Drupal\Tests\BrowserTestBase::$defaultTheme is required. See https://www.drupal.org/node/3083055, which includes recommendations on which theme to use.

3) modules/contrib/migration_tools/migration_tools.info.yml Value of core_version_requirement: ^8 || ^9 is not compatible with the next major version of Drupal core. See https://drupal.org/node/3070687.

4) modules/contrib/migration_tools/migration_tools_example/migration_tools_example.info.yml Value of core_version_requirement: ^8 || ^9 is not compatible with the next major version of Drupal core. See https://drupal.org/node/3070687.
