Improve coding style

It would be desriable for the code to comply better with the drupal coding standards. The attached patch has been applied and improves matters a bit. There are still complaints from the code-style.pl script about variables with lower and upper case letters, but this is due to the naming of variables in the gallery remote protocol and the javascript used in the xp part of the code.
