The current Drupal 9 patch fails after the 9.5.4 release. I've rerolled the patch on the related issue, and it needs to be applied to this profile so it can be used in the latest version of Drupal 9.

Re-opening. While the re-roll does apply cleanly, on further review the parent/child functionality wasn't working as intended.
