Problem/Motivation

There are courses in the filter drop-down list on the All groups page /all-groups

Steps to reproduce

- Enable basic and advance course
- Create basic and advanced course, reindex search index
- open /all-groups and in the filter drop-down, there will be "Advanced Course" and "Base Course"
