Problem/Motivation

Now the new version 5.x was launched that is ready to D10. Would be nice display a Modal on users of 4.x with this information.

Proposed resolution

Create a Modal for 4.x users saying something like: "Modal 5 is Ready to D10"

We can do this in a basic hook update. Example: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/modal_page/-/blob/8.x-2.x/modal_page....

I'm new to this module and confirmed resolved the issue when I applied patch #3 to the "Modal" module against 5.0.x-dev. Please see the screenshots attached.

Since the 5.x version is on beta release I think we can wait some time in beta version and when we generate the stable version of 5.x we can launch this message for users on 4.x version
