Thanks for this sweet little module.
When I go to a page like admin/structure/fieldhelptext/by-bundle/node/node_type I consistently see the page title e,g. 'Edit help text for node_type Content fields' below the first field. This is confusing for the end user. I have tried with adminimal and seven themes enabled. Same issue.
