Due to the fact that SearchStax blocks Solr's API to download a config-set, the config-set could not be checked for its version and if it requires an update. Therefore some permanent warnings are shown on the drupal status report you can't get rid of.

We can't verify all files but we could least verify the schema version number using the schema API and fake the files check.
