Problem/Motivation

The use of the word 'single' throughout the user interface can be confusing for non-technical people not familiar with the module.

Proposed resolution

Make the terminology used throughout the interface configurable.

  • Add a settings form at admin/config/content/node-singles with the option to configure the labels
  • Make the labels translatable if Config Translation is enabled
  • Display the configured labels everywhere the Singles terminology is being used
  • Set default labels in an update hook
