Version 3.0.0 will be a twin of 2.0.0, with one major difference: Machine names for GroupRelationship, GroupRelationshipType and related (Views) plugins will be updated.

This does not take care of any Views related IDs as I realized we can update those for both 2.0.0 and 3.0.0, so we should do so using update hooks.

Actually, let's add the Views in.

After this, we'll have different route names, Views plugins, entity type names, cache tags and route parameters. We can provide a compatibility layer so contrib modules can target both versions, but we're nearly out of budget for this release so that will have to be a community-driven effort.
