Problem/Motivation

#3292380: Remove the "replace" section from core/composer.json removed the replace section from core's composer.json in every actively developed Drupal core versions (9.4+). Smart SQL ID Map HEAD requires drupal/migrate, but since it cannot be found by composer, the module won't be installable on the next regular releases nor on branch releases.

Proposed resolution

Remove explicit drupal/migrate requirement from Smart SQL ID Map's composer.json and create a new patch release ASAP.
