Cleanup the list of available subjects and tasks

Problem/Motivation

Some subjects don't make sense to be there, for example referenced items from qualified items within a core task mode.

Some tasks in the selection in custom flow also don't make sense. These need to be removed to avoid UX-wise confusion.
