Problem/Motivation

When using Matomo cloud you can configure your Matomo URL to be: https://XXXXX.matomo.cloud/

But with Matomo Tag Manager, a container will be accessible at https://cdn.matomo.cloud/XXXXX.matomo.cloud/container_YYYY.js

So the whole Container URL should be configurable not only the path.
