Problem/Motivation

I needed an additional links of the new comment pointing to the comments page and one pointing to the comments overview page waiting for approvals.

Hey ivnish,

thanks for your quick reaction and merging my code. :)

I realised that it would be better if I add a separate checkboxes for the additional links I've added, so that the administrator can decide which one to include in the email.

Sorry for not doing this in a first place, but I was in a hurry to deploy this change.

I'm adding a new patch containing a new URL field, because our admin panel is on a different domain then the front-end part.
