Problem/Motivation

I found out that the module is missing the *.permissions.yml file, which is needed for the module to appear in the 'Permissions' page and give specific user roles the permissions to modify the SCN settings.

The current approach with the 'administer site configuration' permission doesn't work for my project. I need to specify certain roles to access this settings.
