Problem/Motivation

After the Drupal 9 update, there is one issue with revision messages at the DataPolicy entity type, the messages are not displayed, and it's not possible to add a new revision

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to /admin/config/system/inform-consent and add a new policy
  2. Click on revisions and add a new revision
  3. Site will display an error message

Proposed resolution

Fix the annotation for the custom entity
