Problem/Motivation

If we have a visibility option with a lot of description, then the whole drop down menu gets chopped off on mobile.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install OS with demo content
2. Go to /admin/structure/post/photo/edit/fields/post.photo.field_visibility/storage
3. Update the description and make it a longer one.

Proposed resolution

Fix the bug, so that the drop down will display correctly.
