Problem/Motivation

#3216136: Generate new media sources instead of modifying oembed:video introduced a regression. The CSS file was renamed in the libraries.yml file but not in the file system. As a result, CSS for the provider bucket form is not loaded.

Proposed resolution

Fix the CSS file name.
