Problem/Motivation

As mentioned in #3201204: Build @axe-core/cli Capture Utility, Achecker was deactivated on April 30, 2021. We should remove the capture utility from the module.

Proposed resolution

Remove all remnants of achecker. This also can potentially include any dependency on the key module.

Remove anything related to achecker.
