Problem/Motivation

When installed on a site running Drupal core 9.1, in the Appearance screen, no install link appears for the Reader theme and instead there is the following text:

This theme is missing a 'content' region.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install Drupal core 9.1.x.
  2. Install the Reader project.
  3. Navigate to the Appearance screen.

I had no idea this was a requirement, interesting, especially as it's enforced probably from 9.1 on (my local copy runs on 9.0)
