In multilingual sites, the custom breadcrumb "Home" text can' t be translated.

This patch enables the config translation for the custom breadcrumb settings.

guessing this made it into the first official release and guessing this was to add the translation for the Home config setting... but unfortunately this is not translated correctly (see my post here: #3251306: Breadcrumbs are translated incorrectly.. I'll see where it is translated and post a patch.
