Problem/Motivation

hook_entity_extra_field_info allows to add a description to fields, both for form and view. This option is not available in the extra field plugins.

Proposed resolution

Allow 'description' to be added to form and display plugins.

Remaining tasks

- test coverage
- add description in at least one example plugin
